The infamous favor pouch project

Or, how I occupy my time in the months leading up to the wedding

As Becca said to me, "You're crazy."

In mid-July, I decided it would be a fun idea to create little crocheted pouches for my wedding. We could fill them with candy or dice! And I could get rid of my scrap yarn! I decided to make each bag using a different yarn so each would be unique and I wouldn't get bored with crocheting them.

Now, 50 bags later, I still have no idea how many people we're actually inviting. I guess if I make more than I need, I know what I'll be giving my friends and family for Christmas for a few years!

I've been keeping my little baggies in a fabric drawer in my bookshelf, and I decided it was time to pull them out and take some pictures! I don't have a picture of each individual bag, but I may end up doing that eventually (at least after I've picked out the ribbon color for each bag).
