Dark Eldar

I have started working on a new Dark Eldar list using the new rules. I have set up the outlines of my list and had a test run with it yesterday. The list is lacking in the power weapon department, but I had expected to run the list with a bit more synergy instead of operating out of deep strike, however I can understand why making units able to deal with multiple tasks very important to an Eldar force. I have set up this army to run with a large degree of synergy, making each unit tasked with a role and the abliity to compliment other elements of the army. A quick breakdown of the list as of now is as follows:
HQ - I have the Baron who is on a skyboard and gives me a +1 to my deployment roll as well as granting the hellion squad stealth and skilled riders. I also have the Duke who grants my army 2 rolls on combat drugs, the ability to deep strike the whole army, and joins a squad giving them a poison 3+ shooting instead of 4+.
Elites - 2 Squads of 5 Incubi mounted in Venom transports to support the melee where it is thickist. Also I am running a squad of 9 Trueborn with 2 splinter cannons, 4 shardcarbines, and 2 shredders mounted in a Raider. That squad is joined by the Duke, allowing the squad to shoot 24 poison 3+ shots, 2 str6 blast templates, and a str 8 ap2 shot during the turn the deploy from the raider. The raider also grants them a -1 to leadership on nearby squads to help break them during the shooting.
Troops - 2 squads of warriors with a blaster and a splinter cannon mounted on raiders, 2 squads of wyches with 2 hydra gauntlets (+d6 attacks each) mounted on raiders. All four squads number 10 strong. The fifth squad is a small squad of wyches with a shardnet (-1 attack for everyone in base) and they are getting haywire grenades to deal with tanks.
Fast - I am using 9 Hellions that are jump infantry with assault 2 weapons and they hit ast str 4 in melee and have combat drugs. The squad is a fairly solid when attatched to the Baron. Also the Baron will make this selection a troop choice.
Heavy - 2 Ravagers. I am switching it up, 1 with 3 dark lances and 1 with 3 Disintigrators (str5 ap2).
Then witht the Duke all transports can deep strike and the jump troops can also deep strike, giving the while army the versitility it needs to meet any opponent on the field of combat. Also the while army has fleet and Acute senses.
So with that I decided that I wanted an HQ model to represent the Duke on foot. So I undertook the project to create a leader model with a pair of poison weapons and an aura of pirate leadership about him. So I at 10:00am I will be rolling out on my quest to tournament victory.
